Preparing Your Abstract

The length limit for the abstract is one page (US Letter size). The template for the abstract can be downloaded via the link below. Your abstract file must be converted to pdf format before submission.

Abstract Submission

Your abstract must be submitted through EasyChair system. You will need an EasyChair account to submit your abstract. If you don’t have an account, please click here and follow the instructions. If you have an account but don’t remember your username or password, click on “then click this link”.

Instructions for abstract submission
1. Make sure the heading is "OTST2015".
2. Click "New submission".
3. Follow the instructions to fill in the form.
4. In the abstract box after the title, please indicate
-- a. your presentation preference (oral or poster),
-- b. your registration type (regular or student).
5. You will receive confirmation email from EasyChair.
